Roll-Off Driver

Duties

• Safely operate roll-off trucks equipped with hydraulic lift systems to load, unload, and transport waste containers across designated routes
• Plan efficient routes for timely pickups and deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and company policies
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate schedules and resolve any issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of loads, route logs, inspection reports, and delivery documentation

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record; experience operating manual transmission and automatic vehicles
• Proven truck driving experience in commercial settings, including route driving and delivery operations
• Familiarity with various truck types such as roll-off trucks, dump trucks, flatbeds,
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures related to trucking, vehicle inspections, and cargo securement
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
