Roll-Off Driver

Overview
Dumpster Solutions is looking for a FT CDL driver, 40+ hrs/week. Will need to have a CDL with a good driving record (no tickets/accidents for 3 years), no history of DUI. Anyone who has used a hooklift truck is a plus but not required, training will be provided. Work hours ideally are 6:30am - 4-5pm (hrs are flexible); must be available some weekends. Our truck/yard is located close to OKC airport.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate roll-off trucks equipped with hydraulic systems to load, transport, and unload waste containers at designated sites.
• Load and unload freight using truck-mounted equipment, ensuring secure handling of materials such as debris, recyclables, or other bulk items.
• Drive route-specific schedules, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations while maintaining timely deliveries and pickups.
• Conduct routine inspections of the truck’s mechanical condition, including brakes, tires, lights, and hydraulic systems, reporting any issues promptly.
• Assist with the loading and unloading process when necessary.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily routes, deliveries, pickups, and vehicle inspections for compliance and operational tracking.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate route adjustments or address operational challenges promptly.

Experience

• Proven experience operating commercial vehicles.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (at least 3 years); CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) .
• Prior delivery driver experience involving route driving, load & unload procedures, and freight handling.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to trucking operations and material handling in a waste management environment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy containers or materials as required by the role. Embark on a career that combines active driving with meaningful environmental impact!
