Job Overview
Join our growing team as a Roll-Off Driver and play a key role in our waste management and recycling operations. This position is being added as part of a newly established company that will provide roll-off services to our parent demolition company and other customers.
Initially, you will operate an F750 dump truck while we await delivery of our roll-off truck and dumpster containers. Once operational, you will be responsible for safely transporting, delivering, and retrieving roll-off dumpsters at construction, demolition, and commercial job sites.
The ideal candidate has strong commercial driving skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to manage routes efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to join a startup operation with a built-in customer base and long-term growth potential.

Duties
- Safely operate roll-off trucks, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Load, unload, and transport large roll-off containers to designated locations across multiple routes.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and equipment, including the dump truck and flatbed components.
- Manage route driving schedules efficiently to meet delivery deadlines while maintaining safety standards.
- Assist with loading and unloading freight or debris using forklifts or other equipment when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate pickups and drop-offs.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, pickups, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance records.
Skills
- Class B Driver License Required
- Proven experience in commercial driving, particularly with tractor-trailers, dump trucks, or roll-off trucks.
- Strong knowledge of truck driving best practices.
- Ability to handle trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or freight hauling equipment is a plus.
- Skilled in load & unload procedures, route planning, and safety protocols for freight transportation.
- Familiarity with forklift operation for loading/unloading materials safely.
- Excellent driving record with experience in delivery driver roles involving route driving.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
