Roll-Off Truck Driver — Dumpster Delivery (No CDL Required)

Job Summary

Dumpster Nation JAX is a growing waste management company seeking a reliable Roll-Off Truck Driver to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will deliver and pick up roll-off dumpsters at residential and commercial job sites across the Jacksonville area. No CDL is required for this position. We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and hard-working driver who takes pride in their work and treats company equipment with care. Responsibilities

• Safely operate non-CDL roll-off trucks to deliver and retrieve dumpsters at customer locations
• Load, position, and secure dumpsters with precision at residential and commercial job sites
• Transport collected debris to designated landfills and disposal facilities
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and equipment
• Maintain a clean, well-organized, and properly fueled vehicle
• Communicate with dispatch and customers in a professional and respectful manner
• Comply with all local, state, and federal traffic and safety regulations
• Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents promptly
• Represent Dumpster Nation JAX with professionalism on every job

Requirements

• Prior experience operating trucks (box trucks, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, or similar)
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and work ethic
• Basic mechanical awareness to identify equipment issues
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Smartphone for communication and route navigation

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous experience in waste management, construction, or hauling industries
• Familiarity with Jacksonville and surrounding areas
• Bilingual (English/Portuguese or English/Spanish) is a plus

Compensation & Structure

• $170 per day of service (per-day rate, not hourly)
• Independent Contractor position (1099)
• Truck, equipment, and fuel provided by the company
• Flexible schedule based on service demand
