Job Summary:
Georgia Carolina Recovery Services is seeking dependable and professional Rollback Drivers to join our team. Rollback Drivers are responsible for the safe, timely transport of vehicles using company rollback trucks. Day primarily move units for Copart auctions, while night focus on transporting call list vehicles to designated storage or client facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Vehicle Transport
- Safely load, secure, and transport vehicles using rollback equipment.
- Day : Relocate units to and from Copart auction facilities and other customer locations.
- Night : Retrieve and transport call list vehicles in accordance with company and client requirements.
✅ Documentation & Reporting
- Complete required paperwork, including condition reports, delivery receipts, and repossession documentation.
- Use company software or mobile apps to record pickups, deliveries, and vehicle condition photos.
✅ Equipment Operation & Care
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned truck.
- Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of rollback equipment.
- Promptly report any maintenance issues or safety concerns.
✅ Customer & Debtor Interaction
- Interact professionally with Copart staff, clients, and occasionally with vehicle owners or debtors.
- Ensure all interactions comply with company policies and applicable laws.
✅ Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, state laws, and company safety procedures.
- Maintain appropriate licensing and certifications at all times.
Qualifications:
- Clean driving record and ability to meet insurance requirements.
- Experience operating rollback trucks
- Knowledge of vehicle loading, securement, and transport procedures.
- Must be able to work assigned schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to professional conduct.
- Ability to lift and secure vehicle chains and straps as needed.
Work Schedule:
- Day and some Night Shifts: Days, Evenings, nights, and occasional weekends, focusing on tows and call lists
