Roller Operator

We are seeking a Roller Operator with proven experience in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating rollers for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate rollers to compact soil, asphalt, and other materials for road construction and maintenance projects.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven Minimum 2 Year Experience in UAE as a Roller Operator with a strong track record of working on construction projects in Dubai or similar environments.
• Valid roller operator certification and UAE relevant Roller Driving licenses.
• Strong understanding of compaction techniques, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Physical stamina and capability to work in diverse weather conditions.
