Rolling Machine (RollPros) Operator

--Full-time--Machinist Operator Position

This position entails running an intricate, high-end rolling machine. (RollPros)This machine rolls quality joints with many moving parts. The operator will need some experience as a machinist or mechanic. Experienced in problem solving while working with small machine parts.

We are looking for a dependable, mature, hardworking, and reliable team player for a full-time position.

Qualifications:

- Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check

- Must apply and obtain an IIC card

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure

- Experience and knowledge in the cannabis industry (Not required but must have basic knowledge of cannabis and ability to learn quickly)

- Physically fit

- Ability to lift at least 50 LBS

- Strong manual dexterity

- Must be able to focus for long periods of time

- Good punctuality

- Reliable transportation

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Work well under pressure/ability to multitask

- Speed and efficiency required

- Flexible and organized

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Passionate about high-end, boutique cannabis

- Must be easy-going and able to get along with others

Responsibilities Include:

- Responsible for performing tasks in our manufacturing facility as instructed by management

- Perform additional cultivation/manufacturing tasks and projects as needed.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Work both individually and as a team

- Keep up to date on new developments and laws in the cannabis industry.

- Have a strong understanding of and willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
