Qualifications

• Full-time availability
• Native-level fluency in Romanian (both written and spoken),
• Another language is a plus,
• Previous experience in sales, call centers, customer relations, or health tourism (preferred),
• Strong communication and persuasion skills,
• Customer and patient satisfaction-oriented mindset,
• Strong planning, follow-up, and reporting skills,

Job Description

• Communicate actively with Romanian-speaking international patients,
• Provide information about dental treatments and manage the sales process,
• Analyze patient needs and support treatment planning processes,
• Achieve individual and team sales targets,
• Ensure patient satisfaction and follow up on post-sales processes.
