Roof Advisor

Overview
We are seeking 3 individuals to fill the role of a Roof Advisor in a sales environment. We are looking for self motivated individuals with the drive for success for themselves. Individuals that are tired of the 9-5, the clocking in. Individuals who want the freedom to work on their own schedule. Individuals who prioritize taking care of and helping others in times of need. Individuals who invest in themselves.

Duties

• Gather self generated leads and obtain referral based leads
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing roofs to determine recommended steps, necessary repairs or replacements.
• Provide clients with detailed estimates (if applicable) for roofing projects, including materials and labor.
• Attend adjuster meetings (if applicable) for the adjusters assessment.
• Thoroughly introduce the contract/terms and conditions to ensure homeowner understanding.
• Collaborate with roofing crew on-site to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Follow up with homeowners regularly ensuring everyone is in the know and up to date.
• Follow all expectations listed in further agreement if a hire is made.

Experience

No experience is required and we are perfectly fine with starting from scratch however, these few traits are recommended

Pay

• 100% commission based

Projected Total Compensation: $15,080.00 - $200,000.00 per year
