Roofer/Handyman/Laborer

Overview
We are seeking a versatile and proactive General Handyman to join our dynamic team. We are hiring to work in a new houses Factory, it is important to know how to install Shingles. Your expertise will ensure that our environments remain safe, functional, and visually appealing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply a broad skill set in construction, maintenance, and renovation projects, contributing directly to the quality and safety of our spaces.

Duties

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks across multiple sites, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and drywall repair.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently to complete projects.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute repairs or installations such as door hanging, cabinet installation, or tile laying.
• Conduct inspections on construction sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Assist with construction management tasks including estimating materials and labor needs for various projects.
• Install or repair structural elements like roofing, masonry, stucco, concrete forming/finishing, and hardscape features.
• Support restoration projects by performing tasks such as glass installation, caulking, plastering, or masonry work.
• Collaborate with team members on remodeling efforts involving framing carpentry, trim carpentry, flooring installation, or welding.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols while maintaining high-quality standards in every task performed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction or maintenance roles with hands-on skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or related fields.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Bluebeam is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide installation or repair tasks.
• Competence in operating power tools and heavy equipment safely on construction sites.
• Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and inspection procedures is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently across diverse projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
