Job Title:

Roofing Advisor (Sales Consultant) – Honest, Education‑First Role

What You’ll Do:

• Visit homeowners for scheduled roof assessments (no cold calling or door knocking).
• Follow our step‑by‑step consultation process from first visit through follow‑up.
• Explain roof conditions and options in plain language so homeowners feel informed, not pressured.
• Tell homeowners honestly when they do not need a new roof or any work at all.
• Create and send estimates using our templates and tools (training provided).
• Keep our CRM updated with notes, photos, and next steps after every appointment.
• Communicate clearly with the office and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• You genuinely like people and enjoy one‑on‑one conversations.
• You are organized, reliable, and take ownership of your schedule and tasks.
• You can follow a process and are comfortable being held accountable to goals and KPIs.
• You are honest, even when it costs you a sale.
• Comfortable using smartphone apps, email, and CRM software (we will train you).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to customer appointments.
• You can pass a background check and drug test.

No roofing or sales experience required. If you’ve worked in customer service, hospitality, retail, or any people‑focused role and love helping others, you may be a great fit.
