Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Roofing and Siding Contractor to join our construction team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing and siding systems on residential properties. Duties

• Install, repair, and replace roofing systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure proper installation
• Work with siding materials
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to ensure efficient workflow
• Utilize carpentry skills for framing, trim carpentry, or restoration projects as needed
• Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure weather-tight installations
• Conduct site assessments to determine project scope and estimate material requirements
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safety standards are maintained throughout each project
• Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience in roofing, siding installation, or related construction fields
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and safety equipment
• Experience with various construction trades including carpentry, masonry, plumbing, welding, or remodeling is a plus
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights safely
• Strong understanding of schematics, fabrication techniques, and construction site protocols
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of installation and repair work
• Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to operate company vehicles is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
