C&J Storm Repair is looking for motivated, experienced, and outgoing individuals to join our team as Roofing Canvassers. If you enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and creating opportunities through hard work, this position offers the chance to take control of your income while helping homeowners maintain and improve one of their biggest investments.

This is not a traditional hourly position with limited growth. We are looking for individuals who understand that effort directly impacts earnings and who are excited by the opportunity to build their own success.

You'll receive one week of paid training to learn our systems, products, and expectations before transitioning into a performance-based role with unlimited earning potential through generated leads and sold services.

What You'll Do

• Canvass neighborhoods and go door-to-door introducing homeowners to C&J Storm Repair.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule free roofing inspections and consultations.
• Educate homeowners on the services we provide and answer questions professionally.
• Build relationships and establish trust within the communities you serve.
• Work closely with our sales team to help convert inspections into completed projects.
• Follow up with homeowners and maintain communication throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate lead information and notes.
• Assist with community events, neighborhood outreach, and other lead generation activities.
• Represent C&J Storm Repair with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Requirements

• Roofing knowledge is a must.
• Previous door-to-door sales or canvassing experience is a must.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to overcome objections and stay motivated.
• Self-driven with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working independently and outdoors.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to walk neighborhoods for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
