Xperience Roofing is hiring a detail-oriented Insurance Claims & Supplement Specialist to support our roofing claims process from inspection through approval.
We are a fast-growing residential roofing company operating across 38 states and this role is critical to ensuring our homeowners, sales reps, production teams, and insurance partners have the documentation needed to keep jobs moving efficiently.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable reviewing roof inspection photos, measurement reports, carrier scopes, and Xactimate estimates to identify missed items, supplement opportunities, code requirements, and claim discrepancies.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment where accuracy and follow-through matter. You will play a key role in helping homeowners navigate the insurance restoration process while supporting internal teams with clean documentation, organized claim files, and timely supplement submissions.
Responsibilities
- Review insurance scopes, estimates, roof inspection photos, and measurement reports for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare, submit, and track roofing supplements using Xactimate and supporting documentation
- Identify missing line items, code-related requirements, material discrepancies, and valid supplement opportunities
- Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, sales representatives, and internal production teams as needed
- Maintain accurate job records, claim documentation, photos, estimates, and correspondence within company systems
- Support the sales and production teams by ensuring each claim file is organized and ready for next steps
- Review roofing damage patterns, including wind, hail, wear and tear, and storm-related impacts
- Assist with gathering documentation needed for approvals, revisions, supplements, and final claim resolution
- Use Google Suite and internal CRM tools to manage files, reports, communication, and claim updates
- Provide professional, timely, and courteous customer service throughout the claims process
Requirements
- Experience using Xactimate
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Knowledge of roofing systems, roofing materials, and common damage patterns including wind, hail, and wear and tear
- Ability to interpret roof inspection photos, measurement reports, and insurance documentation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to review data and make informed decisions
- Ability to manage multiple claim files, deadlines, and communication threads at once
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience with JobNimbus
- Prior experience with insurance estimating, roofing supplements, or the claims process
- Roof inspection or field roofing experience
- Knowledge of building code requirements across different markets
- Experience working with insurance adjusters, homeowners, sales teams, or production teams
Compensation
$65,000 - $100,000 (includes bonuses)
