Roofing Company Hiring Admin Assistant

We are a large and established roofing company looking to hire a full-time Purchasing Assistant to assist in the scheduling and ordering of our residential roofing jobs. This position will include several tasks such as scheduling jobs with homeowners and builders, ordering material, verifying pricing, scheduling our roofing crews, answering the phones and several other admin and accounting functions. This will be a salaried position and the pay is negotiable depending on your experience.

Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Organized, Detail-Oriented and Dependable
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience in the Roofing or Construction industry
- College degree a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
