Job Summary

We are hiring experienced commercial roofing professionals for full-time on-site roles. Responsibilities include installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems such as single-ply, metal, tile, shingles, and modified bitumen. Duties also involve waterproofing, operating hand and power tools, ensuring safety compliance, and working closely with team members to complete projects on schedule. Candidates must be able to work outdoors, follow OSHA safety standards, and perform physically demanding tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing experience (single-ply, metal, tile, shingles, modified bitumen, built-up systems)
• Waterproofing knowledge (cold fluid, bentonite, hot rubber)
• Ability to operate roofing tools and equipment
• Strong understanding of safety protocols & OSHA standards
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments
• Good teamwork, communication, and attention to detail
• Physical stamina for labor-intensive work
• Carpentry/insulation skills a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour
