Position Summary

RB Farina Roofing Co. is seeking an organized, customer-focused Roofing Dispatcher to coordinate roofing crews, schedule inspections and service appointments, communicate with customers, and ensure projects move efficiently from initial contact through completion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule roofing inspections, estimates, repairs, and replacement projects.
• Dispatch crews and subcontractors to job sites.
• Coordinate daily schedules with production managers, sales staff, and field supervisors.
• Maintain communication with homeowners regarding appointment times, project updates, and weather-related changes.
• Monitor job progress and update schedules as needed.
• Enter and maintain customer information in CRM and scheduling software.
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
• Track permits, inspections, and project milestones.
• Ensure accurate job notes and crew assignments are recorded daily.
• Support management with reporting and operational coordination.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or construction office experience preferred.
• Roofing, construction, or home services industry experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software experience preferred.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual English/Portuguese or English/Spanish is a plus.
