Position Overview

As a Roofing & Exteriors Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with homeowners, and guiding clients through the inspection, insurance claim, and project contracting process. This is a commission‑only role, but top performers consistently earn $100k–$150k+ annually, and new reps can realistically earn $60k+ with training and support.

No roofing experience? No problem—we provide full training. Sales experience preferred.

Requirements

• Generate leads through door‑to‑door canvassing, referrals, events, and company‑provided leads
• Conduct property inspections for storm damage or exterior needs
• Educate homeowners on roofing, siding, gutters, and other exterior services
• Assist customers through the insurance claims process (training provided)
• Develop proposals and close contracts
• Maintain strong customer relationships before, during, and after the project
• Meet monthly sales goals

Qualifications

• Honest, positive, driven, and motivated personality
• Comfortable talking to homeowners and knocking doors
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
• No sales or roofing experience required—but must be eager to learn
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
