Role Overview
The Roofing Installer performs roof tear-offs and installations with precision, safety, and professionalism. This position requires strong technical skills, teamwork, and consistent adherence to production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely remove existing roofing materials and install new roofing systems according to manufacturer requirements and company quality standards
• Follow direction from Crew Leaders and Project Managers to ensure timely, accurate installation
• Protect property with proper staging, tarping, and clean-up procedures throughout the project
• Identify unforeseen conditions or scope deviations and communicate promptly to supervision
• Maintain safe work practices including correct harness use, ladder safety, and equipment operation
• Represent Kino Roofing professionally on every job site with courteous conduct and respect for client property
Complete required documentation or photos if requested by supervision

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on roofing installation experience
• Proficiency in shingle and flat roofing systems required
• Experience with tile and metal installation strongly preferred due to increased volume
• Ability to use roofing tools and equipment effectively and safely
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
• Strong work ethic and consistent craftsmanship
• Ability to collaborate within a team environment
• Professional references required to validate experience and workmanship quality
