About the Role
We are hiring a Roofing Project Manager to manage projects from handoff through completion. You will coordinate schedules, crews, materials, permits, inspections, job progress, customer communication, and closeout.

This role is for someone who can stay organized, manage multiple projects at once, solve problems quickly, and keep details from slipping. Strong project management matters more than perfect technical knowledge.

Residential roofing experience is required. Commercial roofing and solar experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage roofing projects from start to finish
• Build and maintain project schedules
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, permits, and inspections
• Track job progress, open issues, and project updates
• Communicate with customers, crews, office staff, and vendors
• Help resolve delays, field issues, and change orders
• Keep job notes, photos, and documentation organized
• Support quality control and clean project closeout

Requirements

• 3+ years of roofing project management experience
• Experience with or strong knowledge of Davis-Bacon
• Strong residential roofing experience
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple active jobs at once
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in person from Mount Prospect, IL and visit jobsites as needed

Preferred

• Commercial roofing experience
• Solar project experience
• Experience coordinating with crews, subcontractors, and inspectors
• Experience with project tracking or CRM systems such as Hubspot, Jobber & Click-Up

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
