Compensation: $60,000+ first year (typical in light storm years; higher in heavy storm seasons)

What You’ll Do
- Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, storm response, networking groups, and referrals
- Perform roof inspections and assess customer needs
- Present solutions, deliver in-person demos, and close contracts
- Manage each project from inspection through production and completion
- Maintain organized notes and photos with JobNimbus, CompanyCam, and SumoQuote
- Communicate with homeowners, crews, suppliers, and adjusters
- Cross-sell gutters, windows, siding, and exterior upgrades when appropriate
Training & Growth Path
- Structured onboarding based on Excel’s PM Handbook
- Training in roofing systems, insurance basics, software tools, safety, and sales demos
- Field ride-alongs during early ramp-up
- Training salary during onboarding
- Full transition into 44% commission within 90 days
Compensation & Benefits
- W-2 employment with training salary plus full uncapped commission
- Typical first-year earnings around $60,000, with much higher potential in storm-heavy years

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in face-to-face sales such as D2D, home services, B2B, or customer-facing roles
- Coachable, motivated, and comfortable working outdoors
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to climb ladders and walk steep-slope roofs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Work Location
Field-based throughout the Denver Metro area including Denver, Arapahoe, Jefferson, and Douglas counties with occasional travel along the front range.
