Roofing Sales Consultant

Ready Roofer is seeking a highly motivated Roofing Sales Consultant to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals who are community oriented who we can trust to carry the vision and mission of Ready Roofer to the next level!

Our Roofing Sales Consultants are responsible for building their customer base using strategies such as door to door, social media campaigns, attending networking events and any other strategies necessary. They will work directly with homeowners and insurance companies to assess damage to the property, scope of repairs, bid and estimate jobs. Roofing Sales Consultants oversee each project to the satisfaction of the homeowner and collect payment for that work.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to market and build the Ready Roofer brand in your local area
• Door to Door Sales required
• Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience
• Use technology provided to create scope of loss and estimates
• Act as a liaison between property owner and insurance company
• Be present at time of production to monitor the progress and quality of work being performed to homeowner’s satisfaction and per scope of work

Other Requirements:

• Requires some evenings and weekend hours based on business needs
• Ability to travel substantially from April through November is required
• Ability to carry, set-up and climb ladder required
• Ability to carry bundles of shingles
• Must be able to safely walk on roof for performing inspections
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• College degree preferred

Compensation:
Base salary + commission opportunity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
