Roofing Sales Inspector – Uncapped Commission + Weekly Leads

TSM Roofing LLC is a 5-star rated, Owens Corning Platinum Preferred roofing contractor in Phoenix — and we're adding one driven Sales Inspector to our team.

This is a W-2 commission role with a signing bonus, guaranteed weekly leads, and a real support system behind you. No chasing paperwork. No juggling production. You sell — we handle everything else.

What You Get

What You'll Do

• Knock doors and prospect daily
• Inspect roofs and run appointments
• Close deals on the spot or through follow-up
• Build and manage your own pipeline
• Generate new business through outbound activity

This is not a desk job. You'll be in the field every day talking to homeowners, climbing roofs, and creating opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable with cold outreach and door-to-door prospecting
• Reliable vehicle
• Able to climb ladders and inspect roofs
• Strong communicator who can hold a conversation
• Coachable, competitive, and self-motivated
• Sales experience preferred but not required — attitude matters more
