• Minimum 2 years of door-to-door (D2D) sales experience
• Willing and able to self-generate leads through door knocking
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Comfortable working in a field-based role (this is not an office position)

POSITION OVERVIEW

We're looking for a Roofing Sales Manager who leads from the front.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be in the field daily - generating your own leads, closing deals, and actively coaching your team to do the same. If you're looking for a sit-back management role, this isn't it.

This is a 1099 position with uncapped earning potential, including base pay + overrides + commission. Your income is directly tied to your production and your team's success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing
• Close residential and commercial deals
• Train and develop sales reps in the field
• Coach on canvassing, inspections, presentations, and closing
• Set expections, track performance, and hold your team accountable
• Lead by example with work ethic, attitude, and results
• Build strong relationships with both customers and team members
