Roofing Sales Manager (Insurance)

We are a fast-growing roofing company seeking an experienced or Sales Manager to handle insurance-based roofing projects.

If you are willing to teach door-knocking and are familiar with the process of helping homeowners file insurance claims for full-roof replacements, we want to talk to you.

This is a 100% commission-based sales role with strong support and high income potential (top performers earn $150K+).

Responsibilities:

• Teaching reps how to door knock, handle objections and inspect roofs
• Motivating the team to get out and generate business through activity
• Riding along with reps to coach and encourage them weekly
• Teach strategies around referrals and sales
• Sales management experience preferred (roofing, solar, D2D)
