One of our top salespeople is relocating, and we need to replace them fast. If you've sold roofing, solar, or another home-improvement product and you're tired of cold pipelines, this is worth a look.

Charlotte Roofing Specialists is a 16-year residential roofer — GAF Master Elite, CertainTeed Select Shingle Master, and Owens Corning Preferred. We're on track to grow from $4M to $6M over the next two years and $10M within five, and the person in this seat has a clear runway into leadership as we scale.

The biggest thing to know: we generate the leads. You won't be grinding for appointments — you'll be turning warm opportunities into great customer experiences and closed deals. Self-generated business is encouraged and rewarded, but it's not how you survive here.

A typical week: Inspecting roofs, measuring and assessing damage, presenting estimates to homeowners, working your follow-up pipeline, and staying engaged with customers through production so the experience is great start to finish.

What "great" looks like in year one: $1.5M in total sales, $300K of it self-generated, 40% close rate on replacements and 60% on repairs, hitting margin, and showing up consistently on proactive outreach.

Who we're looking for: Sales experience in roofing, solar, or a related home-improvement category (windows, siding, HVAC). Genuine, personable, disciplined with follow-ups. Comfortable on a ladder and on a roof — this is a field role, not a desk role.

Compensation & benefits:

• $60K–$150K typical earnings; choose base + commission or commission-only

Non-negotiables: Valid driver's license, U.S. work authorization, able to pass a background check, and physically able to move ladders, walk roofs, and lift up to 80 lbs.
