About the Role

We're a fast-growing roofing company serving the Orlando metro and we're looking for driven, self-motivated sales reps who aren't afraid to knock doors and start conversations. You'll be working in storm-affected neighborhoods where homeowners need what you're selling — this isn't cold selling into thin air. We do the installs, you close the deals.

What You'll Do

• Knock doors in targeted roofing replacement zones across Central Florida
• Identify storm damage, aging roofs, and insurance opportunities
• Run in-home assessments and present repair/replacement solutions
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process (we'll train you)
• Hand off signed contracts to our production crew — then go close the next one

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of sales experience (any industry — retail, cars, pest control, solar, etc.)
• Comfortable talking to strangers and handling rejection like a pro
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Smartphone and ability to use basic sales/CRM apps
• Self-starter attitude — you don't need a boss standing over your shoulder

Compensation

Commission-based with a competitive per-job structure and performance bonuses. Reps who show up consistently and work smart earn well above six figures. We'll discuss specifics in your interview.
