Roofing Sales Representative (1099 Commission)

We are hiring driven individuals to join our growing roofing sales team. This is an outside sales role focused on helping homeowners through the roof inspection and insurance claims process after storm damage. If you enjoy working independently, talking with people, and controlling your income, this is a great opportunity.

No roofing experience? Sales experience and the right attitude can go a long way. We provide training and support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Canvass neighborhoods and generate leads
• Perform roof inspections for storm or weather damage
• Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process
• Meet with insurance adjusters when needed
• Sign contracts and manage customer relationships
• Coordinate projects and communicate with homeowners throughout the process
• Collect payments upon project completion
• Manage your own schedule and pipeline

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working outdoors and independently
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to use a smartphone/tablet for notes and photos
• Sales, roofing, construction, or canvassing experience is a plus — but not required
