Roofing Sales Representative

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be getting on roofs to perform inspections, educating homeowners about storm damage and insurance claims, and converting inspections into signed contracts. The ideal candidate is outgoing, confident, and enjoys hands-on work outdoors while helping homeowners protect their biggest investment.

Responsibilities

• Climb roofs to perform detailed inspections and identify storm-related damage
• Educate homeowners on insurance claim options and the repair/replacement process
• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and local networking
• Build trust with homeowners and guide them through the claims process
• Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish

Qualifications

• Proven experience in roofing sales, construction sales, or a related field preferred (training provided)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets
• Physically comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs safely
• Must own a pickup truck capable of safely transporting up to a 40-foot ladder
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven environment
