We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The company focus's on building relationships with local Real Estate Agents.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting job sites, closing warm sales appointments, driving sales growth through effective account management, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires an understanding of both B2C & B2B sales, with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients.

Duties

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business development goals.
• Manage existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to clients.
• Utilize CRM software's, to track leads and manage customer relationships.
• Engage in cold calling and direct door to door sales efforts (B2C & B2B) to generate new leads.
• Visit job sites before and after roof installation as well as deliver & pickup some (not all) job materials
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Must have a driving license and a vehicle (preferably a pick up truck)
• Must be self motivated, teachable and driven to succeed
• Good negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Previous experience in home services (roofing, solar, windows and doors etc) is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in Real Estate is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year

Work Location: On the road
