About the Role

We are a growing roofing company based out of Lackawanna County looking for a motivated and experienced professional Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with homeowners and property owners, building trust, and closing high-value projects.

You will be responsible for generating leads, performing inspections, presenting solutions, and managing the sales process from first contact through contract signing.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads (company-provided and self-generated)
• Conduct on-site roof inspections and assessments
• Present clear, professional estimates and proposals
• Educate customers on roofing systems, materials, and project timelines
• Build strong relationships and maintain excellent customer communication
• Accurately document inspections, estimates, and contracts
• Coordinate with production and office staff to ensure smooth project handoff

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience (roofing sales experience required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections
• Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency (CRM, email, photos, notes)
