Roofing Sales Representative

4D Roofing & Restoration is hiring outside sales representatives for our Orlando/Central Florida market with the ability to sell statewide.

We’re a small team, and we’re serious about what we do.

We’re hiring just 2-3 people and are fully prepared to give them our full support. If you’re a seasoned professional in roofing or other sales focused roles, we would love to talk.

Drawing on years of experience in Insurance-based storm restoration, we recognize that the market is always changing.

We’ve built our operations to support our people in their pursuit of insurance work while simultaneously selling retail. We’ve developed strong systems, competitive labor/material pricing, manufacturer certifications and proposal tools that allow our team to sell in an ever changing Florida roofing market:

Sell:

• Retail (Shingle, Tile, Metal, Stone Coated, Timbersteel)
• Insurance
• Repair work (Tile, Shingle, Commercial, etc)
• Commercial Systems (TPO, PVC, Modified)
• Commercial Coatings (Silicone, Acrylic, Specialty)

• Accurate, On Time Pay, 100% of the time
• Open Book Accounting and Job Costing (Every Invoice, Full Access)
• Established accounts with a variety of material distributors
• Fast Scheduling- retail projects from contracting to completion in under two weeks
• The ability to sell at extremely competitive margins
• CRM, Aerial measurements, and a full suite of built out proposal tools
• Permitting, Production, Scheduling and Collection support
• Training Opportunities with new materials and techniques
• Insurance Support (Open book supplementing, desk adjuster follow up support, COC documentation support, recoverable depreciation release support, weather reporting documentation, collection assistance, and any other back end support necessary to ensure success and allow you to remain focused on the things that matter most)

Pay Structure:

• Options based on your priorities
• Uncapped Commision
• Truck Allowances
• Gas Allowances
• Bonuses
• Leads provided/available (just demonstrate ability)

Structure A:

• Weekly Onboarding/Training Pay Period
• Low Overhead/Office Fee
• 40-55% Profit Split after Job Costs (based on experience)
• Pay on all change orders/supplements

Structure B:

• Weekly Onboarding/Training Pay Period
• 8-15% of Gross Job Value
• Pay on all change orders/supplements
