Dream Home Exteriors is a rapidly growing roofing and storm restoration company serving the Chicagoland area. We specialize in insurance restoration projects including roofing, siding, and exterior damage caused by hail and wind storms.

Due to recent storm activity and increased insurance claim volume, we are currently hiring 3–5 Roofing Sales Representatives / Insurance Claims Specialists to join our team.

This position is ideal for motivated individuals who want uncapped income potential while helping homeowners restore their homes after storm damage.

Experienced roofing sales professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation

Commission Structure

• 8–13% uncapped commission
• Experienced reps start at 10–13%

Typical project size: $12,000 – $50,000

Average commission per job:

• $1,200 – $6500 per project on average

Top performers typically earn:

• $100,000 – $250,000+ per year

Responsibilities

• Perform roof and exterior inspections for storm damage
• Assist homeowners through the insurance claim process
• Generate leads through door knocking, canvassing, networking and referrals
• Document damage with photos and inspection reports
• Prepare project estimates and sign restoration agreements
• Manage projects from inspection through contract

Qualifications

• Sales experience required (construction or roofing preferred)
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal driven
• Smartphone capable of photos/videos during inspections
• Outdoor sales / canvassing experience preferred
