Overview:
Conquer Enterprises, LLC is the fastest-growing independent roofing contractor in Georgia, specializing in storm damage restoration across the Greater Atlanta region and beyond. We are expanding our field team and seeking motivated, detail-oriented professionals for our Claim Specialist Inspector (CSI) role. This is a hands-on, high-earning field position, ideal for individuals with roofing knowledge, comfort working at heights, and a passion for helping homeowners navigate storm-related insurance claims. You’ll work directly with provided leads from our sales teams, conduct thorough roof assessments, document damage, and guide qualified homeowners through the initial claim filing process — all while building toward strong earning potential in a growing company.

Duties:

Perform on-site roof and exterior inspections for storm-related damage (hail, wind, etc.) using ladders and safety equipment
Document findings with detailed photos, measurements, and notes to support insurance claims
Assess damage severity and advise homeowners on whether a claim is viable based on policy coverage and observed issues
Assist homeowners with filing initial insurance claims on the spot (explaining process, gathering basic info, and setting expectations)
Attend insurance adjuster meetings for claims
Make well articulated and viable arguments on denials, partial approvals, and for supplements on insurance decisions via state code, state laws, federal laws, reinspect requests, and Attempted Test Repairs (ATRs)
Complete, document (video), and "storytell" on ATRs
Collaborate closely with our sales leadership and office teams to ensure smooth handoffs and maximum claim approvals
Travel within assigned territories (gas and travel expenses covered after initial training period)
Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service in all interactions

Skills & Requirements:

Comfortable climbing roofs and working at heights (no fear of ladders/heights required)
Reliable vehicle capable of transporting a 20 ft ladder (truck preferred but not mandatory)
Valid driver’s license
Strong attention to detail and ability to document damage accurately
Basic knowledge of roofing systems, storm damage (hail/wind), and insurance claim processes (we provide training and ongoing support for the right candidates)
Excellent communication skills — ability to explain complex concepts simply to homeowners
Self-motivated, reliable, and ready for daily field work in various weather conditions
We are looking for someone who knows the entire insurance process following Lead Generation (which will be done for you via a Team of canvassers). Public Adjuster level attention to detail and effort on each lead.

Compensation & Earning Potential:
Competitive pay structure designed for high performers:

Starting phase: Structured per-inspection pay with rapid ramp-up potential (30-Days)
After initial period: Uncapped earnings through volume + bonuses
Realistic first-year range for consistent performers: $65,000 – $175,000+ (includes per-inspection pay, production bonuses, and travel reimbursement)
Paid travel/gas after the first month
Full-time role preferred (part-time available) with opportunity for growth into advanced field or leadership positions
