Roofing Sales Representative (Retail & Insurance Claims)

Precision Roofing Expert is expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our growing sales team. This position focuses on generating new customers for roofing, siding, and window replacement projects.

The primary responsibility of this role is door to door outreach and connecting with homeowners to introduce our services. Once a project is secured, our internal team will handle inspections, estimating, and production.

Compensation

• $500 weekly base pay

Responsibilities

• Door to door outreach to homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
• Introduce homeowners to our roofing, siding, and window replacement services
• Generate new project opportunities for the company
• Schedule appointments or secure signed project agreements
• Build relationships with homeowners and represent the company professionally
• Work with the internal team to pass along secured projects for inspection and estimating

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self motivated and goal oriented
• Comfortable with door to door sales
• Valid driver’s license
• Sales experience is helpful but not required
• Bilingual is a plus
