Roofing Supplementer (Insurance Claims Specialist)

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Roofing Supplementer who understands the insurance claims process inside and out. This role is critical to maximizing claim approvals and ensuring accurate, timely communication with insurance carriers.

You will be responsible for reviewing scopes, submitting supplements, and sending final invoices to insurance companies to ensure full depreciation is released.

Responsibilities:

• Review insurance scopes (Xactimate) and identify missing line items
• Prepare and submit supplements to insurance carriers
• Negotiate with adjusters to secure proper claim payouts
• Submit final invoices and documentation to release depreciation
• Track claim progress and follow up consistently with carriers
• Work closely with sales and production teams to ensure accuracy
• Maintain organized files and documentation for each claim

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of roofing experience (REQUIRED)
• Strong knowledge of insurance claims and supplementing
• Proficiency in Xactimate (required)
• Experience communicating with adjusters and carriers
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple files at once
• Strong written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in storm restoration
• Familiarity with CRM systems (AccuLynx or similar)
• Proven track record of increasing claim revenue

Pay: $72,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
