Room Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team for our client located in Baraboo, Wisconsin.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. This role is vital in delivering exceptional guest experiences through meticulous cleaning and hospitality standards.

Schedule:
Start time between 8am - 10am
8 hrs a day w/ OT available!

Pay Rate:
$14.00 per hour
(Time and half for OT hrs)

Duties:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
• Perform floor care tasks such as mopping and carpet cleaning to uphold cleanliness standards
• Handle laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
• Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
• Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
• Adhere to hotel policies regarding guest privacy and confidentiality
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed

Experience:

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial services, or custodial work is preferred
• Experience with industrial or commercial cleaning techniques is a plus
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and methods is advantageous
• Background in hospitality or housekeeping management can be beneficial, but is not required
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays if necessary
