Room Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms daily according to hotel standards
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including showers, sinks, toilets, and floors
• Dust and polish furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors
• Replenish room supplies (toiletries, minibar items, coffee/tea, stationery)
• Check room appliances (TV, lights, AC) to ensure they are functioning properly
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols
• Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleaning equipment and housekeeping carts
• Adhere to lost-and-found procedures
• Assist with laundry duties or public area cleaning if required

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and efficiency
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift objects, and stand for extended periods
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,100.00 per month
