Room Attendant

Job Description:

A Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for guests, in line with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms daily as per hotel standards
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replace used towels
• Clean bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures thoroughly
• Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, minibar items, and supplies
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items to the supervisor
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Respond politely to guest requests and maintain professional conduct
• Ensure proper use and care of cleaning equipment and chemicals

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant or Housekeeping staff preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively
• Good physical stamina and attention to detail
• Basic communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
