Duties

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, and fixtures to meet cleanliness standards
• Change linens, make beds, and replace amenities such as towels and toiletries
• Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and public spaces
• Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, and minibar items as needed for guest convenience
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest satisfaction
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
• Assist with overall janitorial tasks in common areas to uphold the facility’s cleanliness standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping within hotels or similar environments is preferred
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation practices
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality service delivery
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively
• Prior hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory—training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning tools or janitorial equipment is a plus
• A positive attitude and energetic approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
