Room attendants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and inviting atmosphere of hotel or resort guest rooms. They change linens, sanitize bathrooms, replenish amenities, and promptly report any maintenance issues to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for every guest. - Bed Setup: Strip used bedding, make beds with fresh linens, and replace pillowcases.
- Bathroom Sanitation: Clean and disinfect sinks, bathtubs, showers, and toilets; polish mirrors and fixtures.
- Dusting & Vacuuming: Dust and polish furniture, clean mirrors/windows, vacuum carpets, and sweep/mop hard floors.
- Trash Removal: Empty all wastebaskets and recycling bins, replacing liners as needed.
Supplies & Inventory Management
- Restocking Amenities: Replenish bath products, toilet paper, drinking glasses, and stationery.
- Refreshments: Check, bill, and refill in-room minibars, coffee/tea stations, and snack trays.
- Cart Organization: Properly load, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart at the start and end of shifts.
Guest Services & Communication
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, answer questions about hotel amenities, and fulfill requests for items like extra towels, pillows, or ironing boards.
- Complaint Resolution: Address guest concerns and complaints politely, or escalate them to the housekeeping supervisor if necessary.
- Lost and Found: Secure and report any items left behind by departed guests to the designated lost and found department.
Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,300.00 per month
