Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture to ensure a pristine environment.
• Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies to provide guests with everything they need.
• Perform routine cleaning of public areas like hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms to maintain overall cleanliness.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to deliver consistent quality and protect both staff and guests.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to uphold the highest standards of hygiene.
• Maintain accurate records of rooms cleaned and supplies used to support operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, standing for extended periods, and moving cleaning equipment efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional cleanliness standards.
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
• Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and report issues clearly.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
