Room Attendant

Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Room Attendant and be the cornerstone of creating a welcoming, spotless environment for our guests. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring each visitor experiences a pristine and inviting atmosphere. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will directly contribute to guest satisfaction and the overall excellence of our establishment.

Duties

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Perform thorough cleaning of bathrooms, including disinfecting surfaces, restocking supplies, and ensuring fixtures are spotless.
• Maintain public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and organizing to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and safety for guests.
• Restock linens, towels, toiletries, and other supplies efficiently to meet guest needs without delay.
• Follow all health and safety protocols diligently to create a safe space for both guests and staff.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to maintain the highest standards of hygiene.

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial cleaning setting is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
• Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts comfortably.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
