Role Description

Our Room Attendant is a full-time on-site position for the Soon to be Hyatt House & Mindaro hotels at PDX . Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public spaces, replenishing amenities, performing laundry duties, and adhering to established housekeeping standards. The role also involves promptly addressing guest requests, ensuring high-quality customer service, and working collaboratively with the housekeeping and hospitality teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in housekeeping tasks, including room cleaning and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Ability to perform laundry-related tasks and manage linen inventory as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and guests.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and time management.
• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is a plus.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
