Room Attendant/Housekeeping

JOB SUMMARY: To provide clean and fully supplied rooms for guests.

Essential Functions:

• Cleaning and stocking all guest rooms (including changing linens on beds

• Dusting and vacuuming, stocking supplies, emptying trash, washing walls, floor tiles,toliets,tubs, sinks and fixtures )

• Cleaning common areas

• Reporting maintenance and repair items promptly

• Performing deep cleaning and routine maintenance

• Working in an efficient and productive mode

• Reporting to work in a timely manner

• Turning in all lost and found items immediately

• Implement all company policies and procedures for safety and security

• Assist with the quarterly and fall cleaning duties

• Exhibit courteous manner with guests

• Perform all other tasks as assigned by the head housekeeper or General Manager

Qualifications Standards:

• Clean rooms within established goals per room

• Follow all state and federal guidelines including OSHA Hazardous Communication Training

• Be organized and efficient

• Possess good leadership and communications skills

• Have a clear understanding of the goals and expectations

• Be mature and responsible.

• Portray a professional image to the guests and employees

• Have a positive attitude displayed in a relaxed, competent and bright disposition

• Have a strong sense of moral decency, fair play and common sense

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
