About the Role

Let’s be honest: The "heart" of a hotel isn't the lobby or the pool—it’s the guest rooms. We are looking for Room Attendants who take pride in turning a "lived-in" room back into a pristine sanctuary.

If you get a strange sense of satisfaction from a perfectly made bed, a vacuum pattern in the carpet, and a streak-free mirror, you’re going to fit right in.

The "Real Talk" (Read this first!) We want you to love it here, so we’re going to be upfront: This job is a workout. * It’s physical: You’ll be bending, kneeling, stretching, and lifting. You’ll definitely hit your 10,000 steps before lunch.

• It’s fast-paced: You’ll be working against a clock to ensure every room is perfect for the next guest.
• It’s independent: While we’re a team, most of your day is you vs. the room. You need to be a self-starter who doesn't mind flying solo.

What You’ll Be Doing

• The Transformation: Stripping linens, making beds (hospital corners, please!), and replacing towels.
• The Deep Clean: Dusting, vacuuming, and scrubbing bathrooms until they sparkle.
• The Details: Restocking those little soaps and coffees that guests love, checking the remote works, and ensuring the room smells fresh.
• The Safety Check: Reporting any maintenance issues or "lost and found" items immediately.
