Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of hygiene.
• Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas like hallways, lobbies, and stairwells by sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
• Handle special cleaning requests efficiently and report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely while following established procedures for floor care, buffing, and industrial cleaning when necessary.
• Support overall facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting as needed to keep the environment welcoming.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles preferred; experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is highly valued.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and industrial cleaning methods.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as basic repairs or residential painting is a plus.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
