About Us

South Mountain Movement & Wellness is a growing fitness and wellness studio in Laveen, AZ offering jiu jitsu, hot yoga, and a welcoming community built around health and personal growth. We are expanding our wellness services and looking for the right person to grow with us.

The Opportunity

We are offering a private room rental to a motivated, licensed esthetician who is ready to build something real. This is not a guaranteed income position — it is an opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who is willing to put in the work, engage with our community, and grow their own clientele within an established wellness environment.

What We Provide:

• Private treatment room
• Zemits HD 8-in-1 facial machine (brand new)
• Front desk staff to greet and check in your clients
• An active, health-conscious community to tap into
• A professional, clean, and welcoming studio environment

What We Are Looking For:

• Active Arizona esthetician license (required)
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to build and grow a clientele
• Professional, reliable, and communicative
• Someone who wants to be part of a community, not just rent a room
• Strong work ethic and willingness to market themselves

Compensation Structure:

• Revenue split arrangement (details discussed upon interview)
• You keep the majority of what you earn and grow
