Room Service Order Taker

With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Room Service Ordertaker to join the Food & Beverage team at One&Only the Palm Hotel in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues. Where you will be responsible in handling the day-to-day operation of the In Room Dining Desk in close cooperation with the Room Service Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• To ensure that all activities are adhered to and support One&Only The Palm Quality Management System.
• To ensure a smooth day to day operation in In Room Dining department.
• To undertake trainings according to departmental training schedule.
• To attend F&B briefings/meetings if required.
• To assist in optimizing outlet utilization and to maximize outlet revenue.
