Room Service Staff (Waiter, Restaurant Manager, Order Taker)

Grand Millennium Hotel is hiring passionate and service-oriented individuals for its Room Service Department. We are looking to fill multiple positions, including Waiters, Restaurant Manager, and Order Takers to ensure our guests receive high-quality service and a memorable dining experience.

Available Positions:

• Waiter (Room Service)
• Restaurant Manager
• Order Taker

Key Responsibilities (depending on role):

• Take and deliver room service orders accurately and promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in service areas
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and service quality
• Manage restaurant operations and staff (Restaurant Manager)
• Handle order calls efficiently and input orders into the system (Order Taker)
• Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality or F&B preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
• Leadership skills and experience required for Restaurant Manager position
